Do you manufacture any of these products? With clean label products, we have managed to effectively fight the appearance of moulds and yeasts directly in buns or indirectly in filled pasta (e.g. tortellini), as well as the control of pathogens such as Listeria in those products sensitive to their development due to their pH and water activity (e.g a refrigerated pancake with little treatment).
