PRESERVATIVES AND ANTIOXIDANTS

In the different efficacy trials presented, whether for removing additives, food processing, extending shelf-life or improving food safety, it is highly repeated the preservatives and antioxidants that we replace. Does this mean that we are radical as for the elimination of all additives? No, every decision must be carefully considered keeping all the parameters in mind. Likewise, whether they are all chemical or natural, the truth is that the challenges to solve are interconnected. So the combination of all these ingredients is always part of the solution.

In fact, many of our formulas have a combination of different preservation strategies, creating a synergy which makes them more a more complete solution.
