Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9unit plus de 2 000 exposants et des milliers de professionnels du secteur agroalimentaire pour d\u00e9couvrir les derni\u00e8res innovations en mati\u00e8re d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients, de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, d\u2019emballage et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Amerex \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par <strong>Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, directeur technique, et <strong>Zoe<\/strong>, technico-commerciale, qui ont particip\u00e9 au salon au sein du stand de notre partenaire <strong>Dempsey Europe<\/strong> afin de partager avec les industriels diff\u00e9rentes <strong>applications concr\u00e8tes de nos solutions bas\u00e9es sur la fermentation et la biotechnologie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du salon, plusieurs <strong>cas de succ\u00e8s dans la cat\u00e9gorie <em>dip &amp;
