L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni entreprises, chercheurs et centres technologiques afin d\u2019analyser les tendances qui transforment le secteur alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2731\">Notre directeur technique, <strong data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2399\">Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez Calero<\/strong>, est intervenu dans le Bloc 1 consacr\u00e9 aux nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients alimentaires, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de repr\u00e9sentants du Groupe Consorcio et d\u2019IDENER.AI.
